Cancellation Policy

No shows and/or no call cancellations

Customers who do not show up for an appointment or do not call to cancel it beforehand will have to prepay for their next chosen scan package or will be charged a $25 cancellation fee at their future appointment.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not given on scans only in extreme circumstances at the discretion of management. Boutique items are exchange only with receipt and within 30 days of purchase. Re-scans are scheduled only on Tuesdays-Thursday.
